Notwithstanding, Aikona may be compelled to disclose Privileged Information pursuant to an applicable statute or regulation or by judicial or administrative process. However, in the event that any Privileged Information is compelled by judicial, regulatory or other legal process, Aikona will use reasonable efforts under the circumstances to notify the persons identified with the Privileged Information so as to provide such persons the opportunity to obtain such protective orders or other relief as the compelling court or other entity may grant.

Records
Customers will be permitted only to access queries they submit and the corresponding opinions rendered by the Aikona consultants. After a customer retrieves an opinion, Aikona may store the opinions and the corresponding queries in a secure database. However, any storage of the queries or opinions shall be for the limited convenience of Aikona's customers, personnel and participating external awarding bodies. Notwithstanding, Aikona may delete any and all copies of the opinions and queries at any time in its sole discretion.

Security
When you register with Aikona as a customer we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server uses "secure socket layer" software (SSL) which encrypts all information sent to us. Encryption is a process by which we use software to scramble sensitive information while it is in transit to Aikona. In addition to the use of SSL, all user data collected by Aikona is accessible only by authorized users.

An important part of the security used on our site is the use of unique passwords associated with your account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information, including account information and Privileged Information. This loss of control may have irrevocable and harmful effects to the Aikona personnel-client relationship you establish through our site.
